UNIVERSITY SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ASSESSMENT SYSTEM: CIRAD-IFCU has created, in close collaboration with Mileva, a dynamic University Social Responsibility (USR) Assessment System that respects the diversity of the contexts in which universities are located. The assessment system allows Catholic universities to gain a better unders-tanding of their achievements in the field of USR, as well as to have reliable data to redefine their institutional development strategies. After the annual evaluation campaign, universities will receive a «dashboard» with their results and future trends, and depending on their scores they can obtain up to 4 USR accreditation labels. The evaluated institutions will thus be able to differentiate themselves from the competition in the higher education market, giving visibility to policies and practices based on values that are increasingly appreciated by society and by the students themselves. https://www.cirad-fiuc.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Brochure-CIRAD-1.pdf

CSR Rating: AI System Mileva Gets the Edge Over Moody’s Against a subsidiary of Moody’s, whose classic methodology and criteria are those of the traditional rating agencies, an international organisation with 215 institutions in 56 countries over the five continents has preferred the Artificial Intelligence (AI) system Mileva to measure the CSR index of its establishments. Reasons of this decision? First of all, a total transparency of the methodology and calculation mode. Secondly, Mileva’s open, dynamic and future oriented approach. Open because, beyond the questionnaires, reports and interviews, the AI system takes into account the whole available public information on the establishments and thus broadens the range of data to be analysed. As accurate a picture of reality as possible is thus achieved. Dynamic because, going beyond the only static and definitive snapshot of a notation, it highlights the system of behaviours, interactions, influences, which lead to the CSR position of the considered entity. Future oriented because, unlike the simple ratings, it indicates what various evolutions the dynamic of interactions will lead to. In this way, Mileva does not provide a list of recommendations but a true strategy of actions to be carried out. If you want to renew your CSR approach, the Mileva team is at your disposal to present methodology and deliverables. Contact: thierry.lorho@mileva-ai.ch or valerie.fert@mileva-ai.ch
